Exchanges and Returns
Prados Têxtil Lda 's return policy is 14 days and 30 days during festive periods. If you wish to exchange or return any product from your order, please make sure you do so within 14 days of receiving the order.
For an item to be eligible for return or exchange, it must be unused and in the same condition as when it was sold (new), as well as in the original packaging. Personalized items are not eligible for return or exchange unless they have an error or defect.
Prados Têxtil covers all order collection costs only for exchanges or returns of items with errors or defects.
To start the return or exchange process, send an email to geral@theaidahomeliving.com, indicating whether you wish to make a return or exchange, the reason and your original order number.
Contact made by email must refer to the following data:
Name of the recipient;
Telephone/mobile contact;
Order number;
Order date;
Date of receipt of the order;
Number of products and/or services purchased.

Once the item has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email of its receipt and our decision regarding the acceptance of the return or exchange. If the exchange is accepted, we will ask you to inform us which item you would like to receive in exchange.
If you choose to return the purchase amount, the refund will be processed and the amount will be automatically refunded through the payment method used in the original purchase. The refund of the value of the product(s) will be made in full within 14 days from the date on which we are informed of the decision to cancel the purchase. Only the shipping costs will be refunded if the reason for the exchange or return is beyond the buyer's control, such as a defect in the item or exchange of the item sent.
Aida is not obliged to reimburse additional return costs such as a different and more expensive method of collecting the product(s) than the one presented by us. In the event that Aida requests collection of the product(s) from the customer, the refund process will be initiated upon due receipt of the product(s). The customer will be notified by geral@theaidahomeliving.com regarding this process.
The refund will be made using the same payment method used by the customer for the initial payment, except in situations of express agreement and in which the customer does not incur any costs as a result of the refund.
If you do not receive your refund within the specified period, please check your bank account again. If you still do not receive confirmation of the deposit, please contact your bank manager. If the customer wishes to use a collection method other than that defined by Aida, the customer will be responsible for paying the additional shipping costs for returning the product to the store, whether for return or exchange purposes.
We cannot guarantee that items are returned or that they arrive in the same condition as when they were sent.
If the item was offered as a gift, it will only be accepted for exchange upon presentation of the respective gift receipt.
Depending on the location selected to receive the order, the delivery and return times for items may vary.
In the case of an order delivered abroad, the return process is carried out based on the conditions mentioned above.
