Exchanges and Returns

Prados Têxtil Lda 's return policy is 14 days. If you wish to exchange or return any product in your order, please ensure that you do so within 14 days of receiving your order.

For an item to be eligible for return or exchange, it must be unused and in the same condition as it was sold (new), as well as in the original packaging. Personalized items are not eligible for exchanges or returns unless they contain an error or defect.

Prados Têxtil covers all order collection costs only when exchanging or returning items with errors or defects.

To begin the return or exchange process, send an email to geral@theaidahomeliving.com, indicating whether you wish to make a return or exchange, the reason and your original order number.

Contact made by email must refer to the following data:

Name of the receiver;

Telephone/cell phone contact;

Order number;

Order date;

Date of receipt of the order;

Number of products and/or services purchased.

Once the item has been received and inspected, we will inform you by email of its receipt and our decision regarding acceptance of the return or exchange. If the exchange is accepted, we will ask you to inform us which item you would like to receive in exchange.

If you choose to return the purchase amount, it will be processed and the amount will be automatically refunded using the payment method used in the original purchase. The refund of the value of the product(s) will be full within 14 days from the date on which we are informed of the free resolution decision. The value of transport costs will only be refunded if the reason for exchange or return is beyond the buyer's control, such as a defect in the item or exchange of the item sent.

Aida is not obliged to reimburse additional return costs as a method of collecting the product(s) is different and more expensive than the one presented by us. If the collection of the product(s) from the customer is requested by Aida, the refund process will begin upon due receipt of the product(s). The customer will be notified by geral@theaidahomeliving.com regarding this process.

The refund will be made using the same payment method used by the customer for the initial payment, except in situations of express agreement and in which the customer does not incur any costs as a result of the refund.

If you do not receive your refund within the indicated period, please check your bank account again. If you still do not confirm the deposit of the amount, also try to contact your bank manager. If the customer wants a collection method different from that defined by Aida, the customer will be responsible for paying the additional shipping costs related to returning the product to the store, whether for the purpose of return or exchange.

We cannot guarantee that items are returned or that they arrive in the same condition as when they were sent.

If the item was offered, it will only be accepted for exchange and upon presentation of the respective gift slip.

Depending on the location selected to receive the order, delivery and return times for items may vary.

In the case of an order delivered abroad, the return process is carried out based on the conditions mentioned above.
