I – WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT METHODS?
Payment can be made via: MBWay, Credit/Debit Card, Multibanco Reference, Multibanco Transfer, Gift Card, Paypal or Apple Pay. You can also use Klarna for your purchases.
II – HOW MANY DAYS DOES IT TAKE FOR YOUR ORDER TO ARRIVE?
The order takes between 24 and 72 hours to be delivered (business days), unless extraordinary circumstances occur.
Personalized items and tablecloths may take between 5 to 21 business days.
III – CAN YOU TRACK THE STATUS OF YOUR ORDER?
If you want to know the status of your order, you must request the Tracking Number from our team via Whatsapp or message +351912101315 , via Instagram @aidahomeliving or by email, geral@theaidahomeliving.com. When sending your order, in the cases of Portugal and Spain, you will receive a message with the respective tracking and expected delivery date. In the case of an order outside Portugal and Spain, notification is sent by email.
IV – WHAT HAPPENS IF NOBODY IS AT THE ADDRESS INDICATED FOR SHIPPING THE ORDER?
3 delivery attempts will be made and if no one is at the indicated address, the order will be returned. Before the order is returned, MRW contacts the sender to schedule a new delivery. If the order is returned, sending it again will incur new shipping costs.

VI – HOW TO EXCHANGE ONLINE PURCHASES?
You can exchange item(s) within a maximum period of 14 days and must contact our team who will collect the item(s).
The order must be in perfect condition.
Exchange shipping costs are borne by the customer, subject to exceptions. Consult the exchange and returns policies for more detailed information.
VII – CAN YOU RETURN AN ORDERED ITEM?
You can return item(s) within a maximum period of 14 days and must contact our team who will collect the item(s), and you will receive a voucher for the value of the order. If the item is a personalized item (custom-made towels/sheets/napkins/individuals or items embroidered with names/initials/monograms) returns are not accepted unless there is a problem with the order beyond the control of the buyer.
